ABOUT EPA ACADEMY

More Than Just Performing Arts Training

EPA Academy is a fun, creative and welcoming performing arts academy for young people aged 8–18.

Our weekly classes combine acting, singing and dance with professional industry knowledge, helping students build confidence, develop new skills and make lasting friendships in a supportive environment.

Led by professional performer Evan O'Hanlon, students benefit from real-world experience in theatre, television and film while enjoying exciting classes designed to inspire creativity and a love for performing.

Whether your child dreams of a career on stage or screen, or simply wants to grow in confidence and have fun, EPA Academy is a place where every young performer can learn, develop and shine.

Classes run every Saturday and welcome performers of all abilities and experience levels.

MEET THE FOUNDER EVAN O’ HANLON

Welcome to EPA Academy!

Founded by professional Performer Evan O'Hanlon, EPA Academy is a fun, creative and inspiring performing arts academy for young people aged 8–18 based in Waterford City and across the South East of Ireland.

With over 15 years of professional experience in theatre, television, film and live performance, Evan has performed on some of the world's biggest stages and screens. Some of his career highlights include dancing for Pink at London's O2 Arena, performing on Britain's Got Talent: The Champions at Wembley Arena, appearing in Disney film productions, starring in the hit TV series Moone boy, performing on the Late Late Toy Show for numerous years, touring Europe in professional theatre productions, and performing internationally, including in the UAE. Evan most recently served as Choreographer for The Arena Panto and starred as title role of Jack. He has also performed in the world-renowned Olympia Theatre for seven consecutive years and at the University Concert Hall, Limerick for eight years.

EPA Academy was created to give young performers access to high-quality training in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether students dream of a career on stage or screen, or simply want to build confidence, make friends and have fun, our goal is to help every child reach their full potential.
